Pin Brazing
Pin Brazing is used a safe electrical connection to different types of metals. The Pin Brazing process is ideally suited for many applications including continuity bonding between pipes, connecting measuring and test cables and the installation of sacrificial anodes and test posts. Pin Brazing only takes between 1½ - 2 minutes for each connection.

Easybond MKII Pin Brazer
The Easybond MKII unit is suitable for all types of minor installation and maintenance work. It is primarily for the occasional user who needs a simple, rugged and low cost machine. The unit is portable and easy to transport. The brazing process is controlled by means of the fuse wire on the brazing pin. The capacity is up to 30 brazes with the smallest type of brazing pin, and it can easily be increased by a battery charger mounted in a vehicle, the batteries being charged during transportation between workplaces.

Brazing Pins & Ferrules

Stinger
The Stinger permanently connects anode wires with a small diameter to pipes utilizing the unique Sliver alloy BAC Pin Brazing method, without the use of cable lugs, crimping or old exothermic reactions.

Surge Arrester
Surge Arrester for protection in the event of a lightning strike on to any above ground pipework or connected structure, or an electrical fault causing a voltage surge on the pipe, which may result in a flashover across the insulating component.

Zinc Tape
Corrosion control made easy using laminated zinc tape. A zinc tape that provides a corrosion control solution to new and existing above ground plant and transport systems.
The product is designed to cover the surface of iron, steel, aluminium and light metals in order to protect them from corrosion. This is achieved by putting the zinc tape in contact, through proper pressure, with the surface that needs to be protected from corrosion. A process of adding zinc powder allows the adhesive itself to be electro conductive. This process allows the adhesive to create a electrical couple between the surface that needs to be protected and the zinc tape, so that the zinc can act as galvanic anode. |
