MALONEY
Maloney Technical Products has been an innovator in the rubber and plastics business for over 60 years manufacturing sophisticated components for oil and gas exploration, production, transmission, down-hole logging, and water works utilities.
Maloney Model 60
Model 60 Casing Insulators are manufactured from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE Type II). For carrier pipe sizes up to 12 inches, insulators are fabricated in two sections larger sizes are fabricated in combinations of 2PI & 4 PI sections, with insulators properly installed the carrier can easily be pulled into the casing due to the low coefficient of friction of the polyethylene material.Standard runner height is 1 inch.1-1/2" runners available for insulators over 14" diameter.
Insulator Spacing:
Due to variations in pipeline casing projects, your project engineer should determine spacing. Some pipeline companies have achieved excellent results by positioning two insulators at each end of a casing and spacing insulators 4 to 6 feet apart. However, maximum spacing of insulators are also dependant on pipe diameter.
Maloney Model 90
Model 90 Casing Insulators are manufactured from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE Type II). Insulators are molded in two sections, designed for simplified field installation, and use threaded inserts requiring only a screwdriver for assembly. A rubberized liner is factory-installed to prevent slippage between the insulator and the pipe. In the event of a non-standard configuration, molded "cutting guides" on the sides of each fin permit easy manually trimming fins to a uniform height.
Insulator Spacing:
The Model 90 Casing Insulator is designed to carry the filled weight of the pipeline without deformation of the support fins. For proper operation it is recommended that insulators be installed 1 foot from each casing end, 1 foot from each side of a pipe joint, and with 4 to 6 feet spacing on the pipe barrel. Actual spacing may vary depending on local regulations and design specifications.
Model 90 Dimensions & Specifications:

High Temp Oil Well
Cementing Plugs
Top Plugs
The bottom section of the plug cup is designed to exert continuous pressure on the casing wall. The core is made of moulded plastic for easy drilling. The tapered base fits the cavity of the bottom plug for a positive seal.
Bottom Plugs
Like the top plug, the fins and tail section provide positive wiping action. Fins also serve as a seal while cementing. The core of the bottom plug is hollow cast aluminum. A rubber diaphragm at the top of the plug ruptures after the plug is seated allowing cement to flow through.
Oil Well Cementing Plugs Sizes & Specification:

Pig Signal Detector Series III
Maloney Series III Detector is a Bi-directional 'Pig Signaler' designed for both conventional pipeline and meter prover services. The standard operating pressures up to 1800 PSI with higher pressures available upon request.
Features:
Stainless steel is used for all metal parts to retard resistance to wear and aging. The welding base is carbon steel.
